IGA - ITALIAN GRAPE ALE

Italian Grape Ale is an Italian beer in which the character of the grape meets that of the hops.

In fact, the beer must and the grapes combined give life to a drink that bridges these two very different, so antithetical worlds.

Being anchored to our territory of origin we use local grapes and for our beer we use the must of an indigenous vine such as Nerello Mascalese .

The resulting combination is a craft beer refermented in an unfiltered and unpasteurized bottle characterized, in fact, by the addition of Nerello Mascalese grape must, which has notes of sweets, candied fruit, honey, caramel and sultanas.
