Our ROSSA is REDDER and is a craft beer refermented in the bottle , unfiltered and unpasteurised which has a complex aroma with hints of hazelnut , sweets , candied orange and a delicate spiciness.
An important thing to know is that red or amber beer must produce its own foam cap, which is essential for preserving all the aromas and aromas of the drink.
