SICILY ORANGE AND PISTACHIO JAM
Round and 'sunny', rich in precious vitamin C, inviting: this is the orange , a typically winter citrus fruit grown especially in the southern regions, which can be enjoyed all year round if transformed into a refined orange marmalade.
Ours is a jam that preserves all the aroma and flavor of the freshly picked fruit, to which pistachios have been added to contrast the flavor of the Sicilian orange .
Whether it is used to prepare desserts or combined with cheeses , jam is delicious and never disappoints, thanks to its balanced flavor between sweetness and bitterness which is appreciated by the whole family.
It is perfect to consume during breakfast spread on bread or toast , but thanks to its intense flavor it is also able to best accompany mature or fresh cheeses during the aperitif.
It also makes an excellent filling for tarts and cakes .
Oranges, cane sugar, lemon juice, pistachios (1.5%).
Gelling agent: pectin.
Fruit used: 60 g per 100 g.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
