A jam that surprises for its delicacy and intensity, given by the combination of the golden onion with the king vine of Etna, the nerello mascalese .
Voluptuousness and enjoyment chase each other for a pleasure to be enjoyed.
Excellent on cheeses and cured meats , it goes beautifully with pork - roasted or boiled - tuna and marinated fish . It can also be enjoyed simply on a slice of home-made bread, even better if the bread is warm.
Onions (55%), cane sugar, Nerello Mascalese Terre Siciliane IGT wine (3%), lemon juice. Gelling agent: pectin.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
