Our grappa is not drunk, it is tasted, because it is obtained from the most widespread grape variety in the Etna area: Nerello Mascalese , the undisputed king of the mountain.
A distillate with a natural color and a full and elegant character.
We recommend tasting this grappa in a tulip glass , at a temperature of 16 – 18°C, taking care to let it breathe for a few minutes.
The ideal time to taste it is after a meal , but it also lends itself to conversation, such is the charm that this precious product releases precisely in the particular aromas and flavors that distinguish it.
"The distillate of courage" is how Nonna Grazia called her grappa when she gave it to neighbors to warm up from the cold winter.
