CHINOTTO

Its flavor is delicate and refreshing , bitter but also sweet , excellent to be enjoyed cold in summer. Curiosity about chinotto: a fruit, or rather, a citrus fruit of the Citrus genus belonging to the Rutaceae family.

Citrus myrtifolia, this is its scientific name, is a distant relative of the orange , only smaller, much more sour and much less widespread.

Ingredients:
Water, sugar, carbon dioxide, colouring: E 150d; flavourings, natural infusion of Chinotto 0.04%,
acidifier: citric acid
preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Store in a cool, dry, clean and odorless place, away from sunlight, especially direct sunlight, and heat sources.
