Our craft beer refermented in the bottle , unfiltered and unpasteurised, has a fruity character with hints of citrus and tropical fruit .

Upon tasting it presents the aromas, leaving room for intense and pungent notes.

Pairings: seafood salads , orange salad , fried seafood , molluscs , crustaceans , arancini , panelle , cured meats and fresh or semi-mature cheeses .

Also excellent for not very structured second courses based on white meat or fish .
