The eye captures the fullness of the evolving ruby red and the richness of all its nuances

Strong nose of morello cherries and black cherries which accompany a barely hinted presence of ripe plum .

In the mouth, after a fresh and full attack, it arrives enveloping and warm.

It expands through a dense texture of soft tannins. The fresh acidity and pleasant flavor make it pleasantly long and intense.

Longer and more intense macerations with vinification in steel at a controlled temperature .

The wines, Vivijancu and Vivirussu, have a connection that dates back to the end of the seventies, when, as children, Nonno Ciccio, crushing the "racina" (grapes) in the winery, told us "su nesci jancu t'allonga u tempu, su nesci russu t'allicchi u mussu” literally means: if it comes out white you get more, if it comes out red you lick your chops. This phrase accompanied us for years without fully understanding its meaning until, as we grew up, we understood its meaning. Today we produce these wines with modern techniques but with the same heart that Nonno Ciccio put into them.
