The wines, Vivijancu and Vivirussu, have a connection that dates back to the end of the seventies, when, as children, Nonno Ciccio, crushing the "racina" (grapes) in the winery, told us "su nesci jancu t'allonga u tempu, su nesci russu t'allicchi u mussu” literally means: if it comes out white you get more, if it comes out red you lick your chops. This phrase accompanied us for years without fully understanding its meaning until, as we grew up, we understood its meaning. Today we produce these wines with modern techniques but with the same heart that Nonno Ciccio put into them.
